GL Associates provides independent contractors to meet special client requirements and satisfy critical demands. We take the responsibility of providing recruiting services with the same commitment to quality consulting as we do when we hire full-time employees for our own staff.

We have access to the best independent consultants on the market through our extensive in-house database, our use of the Internet for posting positions and searching for candidates, and our partnerships with other recruiting firms, both general and specialized.

Every new candidate whose resume meets our high standards goes through our rigorous screening process. After an initial interview with our sales and recruiting personnel, we do a thorough reference check by carefully interviewing past supervisors and colleagues. One of our full-time employees who is an expert in the candidate's skill-set will then conduct a technical interview. This all happens before the client ever sees the candidate's resume.

Our responsibility does not end with the placement process. We work to insure that every engagement is completed successfully by supporting our independent contractors with the expertise of our full-time consultants. We also maintain close contact with our clients to make certain they are completely satisfied with the level of service that our independent contractors provide.
