George Lambrianakos, CEO and founder of GL Associates
George leads the financial reporting practice and personally works with firms undergoing major consolidation and reorganization. George specializes in chart of accounts (COA) design and is an authority on COA methodology. He has led projects across a broad range of industries including, chemical manufacturing, professional services, life sciences, media and entertainment, public sector, and consumer packaged goods. George began his IT career at Grumman Aircraft, and prior to starting GL Associates, George was an executive at Honeywell, Chock Full O’Nuts, and Rheingold Brewery. George earned his BA in Mathematics and his MS in Operations Research from New York University.

Roger Elwell, Senior Vice-president and co-founder of GL Associates
Roger has over 20 years experience as project manager, systems implementer and industry accounting manager. He has managed full project life cycle for major companies in cosmetics and fragrances, financial services, automotive, media and entertainment, and consumer package goods. Roger also leads requirements analysis and search and selection studies, and he holds a BBA in Accounting & Finance from Pace University.
Bill Glasofer, Vice President, Director of Business Development
Bill has over 25 years of sales management experience working with consulting companies servicing major corporations, financial institutions and public agencies. Since 1995 he has been with GL Associates building its client base, service offerings and expanding into regional sales offices and international alliances. Bill has a Bachelor of Engineering and Masters of Management Science degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Steele Arbeeny, PhD, Vice President, Director of Strategic Business Technologies Consulting
Steele has developed numerous interactive web sites that allow users to access centralized databases using a web browser. He also has developed numerous successful web technology systems and networks for financial firms and media companies. His expertise extends to software design, installation and maintenance, design and installation of international email networks and computer based video conferencing. Steele earned his BA in Electrical Engineering from the College of Staten Island and his MS and PhD in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.

Harlan Masters, Vice-president and Practice Manager, New England Region
Harlan has more than 25 years experience as a systems project manager, systems implementer and technical specialist. Harlan has managed system implementation projects across a broad range of industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, entertainment, and consumer goods. Harlan earned his BS in Mathematics from Lowell Technical University and his MBA from Northeastern University.

Steven Moskowitz, Vice-president and Practice Manager, NY Metro Region
Steven has over 20 years experience as a trainer on and implementer of financial systems. He has extensive experience with chart of accounts design, file conversions and system configuration. Industries that have benefited from Steven’s skills include manufacturing, retailing, and service. Steven received his BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.
Paul Ricci, CPA, Vice President and Practice Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region
Paul has more than 10 years experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades and integration projects, and he specializes in Property Management, Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing. He has led projects for Pharmaceuticals, Food, Fashion Apparel, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, Government, and Property Management companies. Paul was formerly on the auditing staff at Deloitte, and he holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from Boston College.
Phil Rhodes, CFPIM, Supply Chain Practice Manager
Phil has over 35 years experience in systems planning and logistic systems consulting. Areas of concentration include cost estimating, order processing, sales forecasting, inventory management, materials planning and control and management reporting systems. Prior to joining GL Associates, Phil was an internal consultant first with American Cyanamid then NL Industries. He then was a senior manager at Price Waterhouse and then a principal of Woltz & Associates. Phil holds a BS in Math and Physics from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Industrial Administration from Yale University.
