The Honorable Samuel T. Mok serves as Keynote Speaker for 2009 Quest Circuit, D.C. Conference
Former CFO of US Dept of Labor and Former CEO of GLA, Mok now consults on US government projects

November 10, 2009 – New York, NY ( USA) - GL  Associates (GLA) is pleased to announce that the Honorable Samuel T. Mok will keynote the Circuit Washington D.C. conference on the afternoon of November 18, 2009 at the Gaylord Hotel.  As a former executive of GLA from 1992 to 1996, who continues to appreciate the value of GLA’s business systems consulting practice, Mr. Mok and GLA has maintained close ties over these years.

Mr. Mok was appointed by President George W. Bush as the CFO of the U.S. Department of Labor from 2002 – 2007. He has also served as CFO and Comptroller of the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 1986 –1991.  He is currently a Managing Member of Condor International Advisors, LLC, a Washington DC based management-consulting firm that provides strategic advisory services for companies doing business with the federal government.

Mr. Mok will discuss current issues facing practitioners of financial management and system implementation in the federal space. He will share his perspective from his years of executive experience in both the private and public sectors.
